Havells india Ltd established its first “Industry 4.0” AC manufacturing plant for his Lloyd Acs in Ghiloth, Rajasthan. The highly automated AC plant is equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machine, press shop, robots and automated guided vehicles. Spread over 50 acres at Ghiloth, the greenfield WM unit aims to strengthen Lloyd’s WM production capacity with a targeted output of 3 lakh units annually. Highly automated AC plant-

The manufacturing plant consists of best-in-class machinery from Japan, Korea, and Italy and is equipped with 10 Robotic machines and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and a fully integrated material management system. The plant also has a Management Execution System - MES from Dassault, France which helps in real-time monitoring of processes thereby improving productivity and reducing loss-time & wastage.
It’s a first-of-its-kind- kind most-advanced robotic AC plant in the country. 

we have to serve as a Green Field Projects in cluding-Supply and installation of Electrical Green Field project Executed in Ghiloth, Rajasthan .

Scope of work -

Supply and installation of  Ht and Lt Electrical Project work including  Earthing system, Wiring, Cable trays, wires , Lt & HT Electrical Panels installation, Plant Internal & External Lighting with Poles, Shop Drawing & As build Drawings etc..
